An end to stress workshop

We misinterpret the feeling of stress as a need to take action – Susan David says: Our feelings are data, not directives. It’s just telling us where we are, not who we are. Stress is part of life. We don’t need to try avoid it, we can’t. When we aren’t afraid of stress, when we realise it’s part of being human, when we realise that being stressed can’t hurt us, we can access our resilience.

How we view stress will make all the difference. If we view it as the enemy, we’re going to struggle more, but if we view it as merely thought in the moment, we’ll see how it comes and goes naturally.
