Our Tweens’ emotions can sometimes feel overwhelming and out of control. Leaving them feeling misunderstood, reactionary and moody. We want them to flourish. Dialectical Behaviour Therapy is a proactive, therapeutic model that supports & strengthens every tween & teenager’s mental wellbeing. It offers skills on how to handle their STRONG EMOTIONS & understand & accept difficult feelings, to develop healthy ways to cope with stress and anxiety, regulate emotions, improve relationships & access their inner RESILIENCE. Join me for an online practical 4 week course on developing easy to-do DBT skills for our tweens where we will cover the 4 foundations of DBT: Emotional Regulation, Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance & Interpersonal Effectiveness. Course information: Wednesdays 6, 13, 20, 27 Nov 8-9pm SA & Israel time, 2pm NY time.
